Why was my order/item canceled?Updated 3 months ago

Your order/item may have been canceled due to one of these reasons:


1. Your billing information is invalid; billing information must be entered in the same format as what your credit card company has on file for you. Please use your full name and enter the exact same billing address and phone number that your financial institution has on file. 


2. Your shipping address is incorrect/missing information. For example: missing apartment number and/or buzzer code.


3. Your item may be out of stock. Stock levels may have up to an hour delay to reflect live on the website. If you order an item that is out of stock it will become removed from the order as it cannot be fulfilled.
